77jill is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to complete identity verification when requested, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, disconnection, or data transmission error that affects the outcome of a game round, 77jill reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player's Wallet. 77jill's decision in such cases is final. Results generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, or confirmed by live dealer outcomes, are binding once a round has concluded without technical fault.
If you experience a technical issue mid-game, do not close the session or clear your browser before contacting support. Game round data is logged server-side and support can review the state of any affected round.

77jill reserves the right to permanently close your Account following investigation of a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds held in your Wallet will be forfeited. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77jill customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be addressed and any balance must be withdrawn.
